Hailing from the South Coast, Damage Report is the next DJ/Producer to be released on Hype and Pascal's prestigious New Playaz label. Since first stealing his sister's Jungle cassettes, this guy has gone from strength to strength and you'll have heard Hype supporting him on his show on Kiss since way back (Damage Report's 'Go Bye' features on the latest Flavours EP Vol 7 too!)

'Tremor' opens the EP up; a big tune with an expansive vocal, then 'Very Impressive' has a melodic, slower pace and this is followed up by 'Too Smart' - a track which samples '50s Sci Fi movie 'Catwomen of the Moon'.

'Not Well' is all dirty squelches and then 'Time I Did' by contrast is really jazzy and fluttery. 'Handle Anything' comes hot on its tails with a great build up.

'You Only' showcases some more of this guy's fresh sounds and the EP rounds off with 'Check This Out', with its cheeky vocal.

Damage Report describes his style as 'dark and minimal, with soul' and there are definitely lots of layers to his sound. One to watch out for; he's gonna cause some destruction...
